Hope uses imported high-quality BPE special stainless steel raw materials, and adopts industry-leading pipeline and pipe fittings production and processing, and automated internal and external surface polishing, electrolysis, and cleaning equipment. Combined with more than 20 years of accumulated production process technology experience, in strict accordance with the American ASME BPE-2019 standard specifications, the production of high-quality SF1 and SF4 full series of pipes and fittings products, to ensure that they meet the requirements of the biopharmaceutical industry.

All BPE-grade pipes and fittings have undergone solid solution treatment at 1040℃-1100℃ to eliminate internal stress during product processing, reduce the material's metallography, and enhance the corrosion resistance and dimensional stability of the pipes and fittings.

According to the requirements of the BPE standard, all BPE products are 100% fully inspected. The inspection content includes the quality of raw materials, product dimensional tolerances, welding, solid solution, polishing, electrolysis, finish, marking, packaging, documents, etc.
